Welcome to Littleton Farm Barns. We are your hosts, Jenny and Steve. We are situated in the doomsday villlage of Saham Toney in the heart of rural Norfolk.  We moved to Littleton farm in June of 2019 with the dream of running a smallholding and creating family friendly holidays where families could relax and create wonderful memories. We currently have 2 properties to rent.  The Owl Barn sleeping 8 and the Annexe sleeping 4.

Whether you simply wish to chill in wonderful surroundings or explore further afield, we will make an ideal base. We are situated in 11 acres of pasture land, some of which has been returned to nature and we are surrounded by a host of wonderful wildlife. Guests are welcome to roam the 11 acres of land along the cut pathways and if you're lucky youll see a wide variety of wildlife from resident deer to birds of prey....You may also get a cheeky visit from our free range chickens, who roam the site.  If you choose to go further afield, Thetford forest is close by and the coast and Norfolk Broads are both within an hour's journey.

We are dog friendly and welcome two well behaved dogs in each property.  To help you have a stress free trip we have even built a two berth dog kennel for the Owl barn* so your furry family members can be safely housed if you choose to go out.  The kennels have heating, lighting and cooling and we will happily check on the dogs for you whilst you are out. We have even put up CCTV cameras so you can check on your furry family members.

We can even accommodate your equine family members by separate arrangement. (DIY livery only)
